Election Results

Hello everyone. The 2024 Lok Sabha Election polling is finally over. Conducted in seven phases (from 19th April to 1st June), it is considered as the second longest polling days since 1952 general elections.

As people are eagerly waiting for the results on 4th June, media houses released their exit polls already. If you want to check the exit polls given by each media houses, just go and google it.

My opinion on exit polls are not a very popular one.

One, most of them turn to be wrong as they don't give the ground reality of the place.

Two, there is a lot of bias in the media. Bias in this context, the media houses talk about popular leaders speeches and just fight over it. Overall, its a waste of time.

So, I have decided to do a complete election analysis of 2024. Which party won handily, is there any hung assembly, a close contest between two parties. This is going to be a state-by-state analysis where we will see which party got most seats and we will analyze why they got it. Is it due to any developments or anger against the incumbent or any sympathy wave for a jailed or decreased leader.

We are completely going to keep it as the issue of development and what people of that state think. No religion or caste involved except one or two states where religion politics completely overshadowed development issue.

Two major alliances are fighting in this election-
The BJP led National Democratic Alliance(NDA)
and Congress led Indian National Developmental Inclusive Alliance (INDIA)
Of course, there are parties which didn't align with these two alliances.

So, stay tuned for the blogpost.
Until then, bye
